1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between db1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses any service offered through the db1111 website and its associated subdomains. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using db1111 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold one (1) account on db1111. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, db1111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accrued across them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your db1111 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. db1111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.4 Accurate Personal Information

You are obligated to keep your registered personal information current and accurate at all times. If any information changes — including your contact details or payment methods — you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading personal information is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

db1111 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (net banking), City Bank (net banking), and BRAC Bank (net banking). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. db1111 does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

All deposits are credited to your db1111 account balance in ৳ BDT. db1111 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. db1111 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts and to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

db1111 is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or telecommunications disruptions. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on db1111 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• db1111 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to volume and verification requirements.
• db1111 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

db1111 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified on the relevant promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. db1111 reserves the right to specify game exclusions for any bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

db1111 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Activities that may constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting software errors or loopholes; or coordinating with other players to achieve the same effect. Where bonus abuse is identified, db1111 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account involved.

7. Games & Betting Rules

9. Account Suspension & Closure

db1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• On the instruction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request without any breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on db1111 — including but not limited to the platform interface, brand name and logo, text, graphics, game previews, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of db1111 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use db1111 for your personal, non-commercial use only.
